Is the Free plan a trial?
No. Free is a permanent $0 plan with 1,000 website pageviews per UTC calendar month. No credit card is required. It does not automatically convert to a paid subscription.
What counts toward my allowance?
The allowance measures website pageviews, not unique visitors, campaign impressions, clicks, or leads. Pageviews are counted across all websites in your organization or workspace. Reloading a page can count as another pageview, and one visitor can generate several pageviews.
When does my allowance reset?
Usage resets at the start of each UTC calendar month. Every website in the same organization shares that monthly allowance. The usage period is a calendar month, rather than a rolling 30-day window.
What happens if I reach my cap?
New campaign delivery pauses when your organization reaches its monthly website pageview cap. Delivery can resume when the allowance resets in the next UTC calendar month or after an upgrade to a plan with available capacity. There are no surprise overage charges and no automatic paid upgrade.
Are core features included on every plan?
Yes. All plans include the onsite core: five formats, multistep block building, saved templates, targeting, basic copy experiments, capture, reporting, and connections. Plans differ by monthly website pageview allowance. Native Klaviyo/Mailchimp/HubSpot and local web-push implementations do not change prices; combined verification and external activation remain pending. Push has separate technical limits, not an unlimited-send promise.
Can I purchase a paid plan right now?
Paid checkout is not enabled yet. The confirmed monthly prices are Growth at $29, Pro at $79, and Scale at $199, all in USD. Start on Free now, then choose a paid upgrade when checkout becomes available. You will review and approve the purchase before any charge.
Is there an annual discount or automatic overage billing?
No annual offer is currently advertised, and there is no automatic overage billing. Prices shown are monthly in US dollars. Starting free does not authorize a future charge, and reaching a usage cap does not automatically upgrade your plan.
