Legal draft · October 28, 2026
Clear terms.
A work in progress.
These proposed service terms are a draft for review, not a finalized customer agreement.
The service
FlexSprout is an onsite campaign studio for website messages, visitor capture, audience rules, experiments, and reporting. Current capabilities are described in the product guide. Roadmap ideas, illustrative examples, and marketing demonstrations are not commitments to deliver future functionality or particular commercial outcomes.
Accounts and authorized use
Users should provide accurate account information, protect access credentials, and only manage websites and organizations they are authorized to control. Workspace administrators are responsible for their member invitations and the actions they authorize.
Campaign content and visitor information
Website operators are responsible for campaign content, offers, destination links, permissions, privacy notices, and the lawfulness of data they collect. They should only upload content they have the rights to use and should not publish deceptive offers, malicious content, or unlawful material.
FlexSprout is not intended for the collection of payment-card details, passwords, health records, or other highly sensitive information through campaign forms.
Plans, usage, and billing
The confirmed monthly plans are Free at $0 for 1,000 website pageviews, Growth at $29 for 50,000, Pro at $79 for 200,000, and Scale at $199 for 1,000,000. All prices are in US dollars. All onsite core features are included on every tier. Free is permanent, requires no credit card, and does not automatically convert to paid.
Pageviews are counted across all websites in an organization or workspace. Allowances reset at the start of each UTC calendar month. At the cap, new campaign delivery pauses until the next monthly reset or an upgrade with available capacity. There are no automatic upgrades or surprise overage charges.
Paid checkout is not enabled yet. A paid subscription requires a separate, explicit purchasing decision. Final legal terms must address subscription renewals, applicable taxes, changes, cancellation, refunds, and other contractual details. No annual discount is currently advertised. See the pricing page for the plan details.
External services
Campaigns may link to outside websites or send data through configured integrations. Website operators should review the receiving service’s terms and privacy practices. The current product does not promise native support for every external platform or uninterrupted delivery to customer-controlled endpoints.
Availability and results
The product is early-stage. No uptime SLA, conversion guarantee, revenue result, or independent security certification is advertised here. Final terms must state applicable warranties, maintenance and support expectations, liability limits, and remedies.
Suspension, termination, and data
Final terms must define when access can be suspended or terminated, what notice applies, how customers can export information, and how records are retained or deleted after an account closes. Removing a website script alone does not cancel a subscription or delete stored captures.
Open legal items
A final agreement must identify the legal operator and contact channel, establish governing law and dispute handling, set intellectual-property licenses and liability provisions, and address applicable data-processing obligations. This marked draft will need to be replaced with an approved, dated version.
